Lovely lifted nose showing classic Sauvignon Blanc characters, of gooseberries and tropical fruits. There is a herbaceous undertone completing the bouquet.
Fantastic, lively palate. A rich, front palate, of tropical and gooseberry fruits, is generous and appealing. While a crisp, clean finish creates great length and freshness.
This wine is fantastic now. It will age and mature for the next five years.
A great growing season, with cycles of, rain followed by warm dry conditions. Harvest conditions were cool and dry, allowing for slow maturation and maximum flavour development.
